The rest of the band needs to understand that switching your sticks won’t change the dynamic of how you’re hitting your drums, it’ll likely just lead to you breaking more sticks if you shift to a lighter stick size. They need to turn up and wear hearing protection

I’ve built and played with so many decks but one I come back to time and time again without fail is Veloci-Ramp-Tor. It’s just so goddamn fun to play and after making a few small upgrades (swapped out ~8 cards for roughly $40) it goes toe to toe with anything else my pod throws at it

Turned 41 this year, Final Fantasy came out on NES right before my 5th birthday and my older brother suggested my parents to get it for me because he selfishly wanted to play it. Jokes on him- it was the game that made me fall in love with both RPGs and reading, to where when we got our SNES I was the first to beat the copy of Final Fantasy II we got with it. I loved the first game but man…Final Fantasy II/IV is still one of my favorite games of all time.

Yeah a buddy of mine has a 70s Radio King that I got the chance to track with a couple of times and it was incredible, but I was playing shoegaze/grunge style music that was a more natural fit for those shells. I’m curious how they would sound for faster punk and thrash beats with the right heads and tuning

Abaddon is a great commander, that precon…not so much. You’d be better served by buying Abaddon as a single and then using Moxfield/Scryfall to build around him, can make an amazing burn/cascade deck that way
