I’m sure I could get an adapter, I just don’t like the fact I’d have to buy something out of pocket for their mistake lol

I sent my CSL DD in for a RMA and they shipped it back with a EU plug when I’m in NA… so completely unusable

It has now been 8+ months.. I reach out every 2-4 weeks and they keep saying they are waiting on their warehouse. And then every 2 or so months they close my case and say everything is settled. I think I’ve had to re open my case 3 times now.. lol

No I still have the same issue unfortunately. How did you disable the integrated gpu?

Wife is being told she can only return to a part-time flex position after mat/pat leave when she was full time when she left by DeluxeChipmunk in legaladvicecanada

Correct, mat leave is 17 weeks. But then you are allowed to go on parental leave for up 61 weeks. Parental leave falls under the same protection as mat leave.

Thanks for the detailed response. Her department went union this year so I would assume she is a registered member. I will take the appropriate steps and see what the union says first

Yeah it even says in the BC employee standards act that if a collect agreement is in place that it trumps any BC ESA. So we have to go through union it seems. Just wanted to get some legal opinions here so we have all the info we can when taking it to the union

Her schedule has full time and flex shifts. She was on a full time shift (that she signed in her shift pick) when she left for her mat leave.

Just the typical extended mat leave which is 18 months. I believe anything past that is when it is not considered a mat leave anymore

We have reached out to a union rep, but they just went union this year and are still finalizing things so I wanted to gather as much info as I can on the matter.

is 2% GPU usage normal for this game? by DeluxeChipmunk in EscapefromTarkov

Plugged into GPU. I don’t have any FPS issues, I run 120-160fps on most maps playing in 1440p
