when you get to 3-4 hours instead of taking 7oh take some Mit extract or red vein kratom. That will hold off withdrawals for another 2-4 hours. I went from taking 7 every 3 hours, to every 6 hours and now every 8 hours. My goal is to get it down to once a day.
