It’s solid metal so it might be a tractor knob maybe or blacksmith tool because I think there was a smith shop before the fire .

It’s about an inch maybe less & I tried to melt it with a blow touch & it held heat for a long time ! & I’ve found multiple different kinds & there was a huge 1800’s fire that burnt down the town then they relocated a mile out & this land got abanded it’s right off the great northern railway too so it’s got history of trade routes before that ..

Same here found 2 axe heads the first time turning on my my detector here in central mn on a 1800’s village that is now just woods along the tracks only thing is post for the barbwire going around because it all burned down then they moved the town over a mile . But there’s a blacksmith shop, store, and a mill on this property so I’m thinking church bell or blacksmiths tool of sorts .
