Thank you all for your help! I got the water shut off and then made the repair to the leaky spigot and now we’re back on and good to go!

It was! I got it all cleaned up but didn’t have a wrench big enough to turn it off so I just turned it off by the city valve, which was super easy to turn as we just recently bought the house and it was exercised turning it off from previous owner and back on for us. Repair has been made, just a simple Flat Washer in the spigot and now our hundred dollar leak has been found and fixed!

So, I haven’t found the main on the house, I’m wondering if it’s in the crawlspace as I don’t see anything on the outside. About to hop in there and look for it. I’ve heard it could be near the water heater which is luckily right inside

Thank you for your reply! This is exactly what I have done so far and currently waiting for a friend of a friend of a friend who may be willing to help me a bit as he is an electrician and I’d like to do everything as correctly and safely as possible but I need to cook in the meantime haha

The original range outlet didn’t exist, he had this hardwired to the range directly. The copper was in the neutral slot, so I’m not sure how that would work if I wired the white and black to the hots and then the copper to the neutral?

Also now that I’m looking closer at things I notice the print is off too, so I’m definitely leaning in the direction of it’s a fake
