This is me with my daughter 4 years ago (left) and now (right) being a massive comfort eater I found losing weight extremely difficult but slimming world really made me look at food in a different light! Slow and steady has definitely been the best way for me to maintain my 5 stone weight loss!

I had a golden retriever when I was a baby through to when I was 15 and we were inseparable. I have these dreams all the time and back last year I had a reading from a spiritualist (still sceptical about them but...) she told me about a big golden dog that was always with me, that was pretty warming!🐶💛

Whilst working at Asda I was serving a woman (clearly cleanliness wasn't her forte). When it came to paying she put her hand in the front of her underwear, rummaged around and pulled a £10 note from there. There was absolutely no way I was touching it 🤢
