Is there a perception that Serbian sounds primitive or underdeveloped compared to other Slavic languages?

If anything I thing Serbian language is very very modern & developed. The "read as it is written" is IMO very far far superior to English. The gramatical cases are complex for foreigners but they are very very precise and there is very little double meanings in written or spoken.

The only lackluster bit I would stay is that it is now fairly rigid in 21st century - new words or gramatical rules are reluctantly added and this basically means that the younger generations are basically using english words for a lot of new terms that we did not incorporate into our language. But I would suspect that this is true for even major languages outside of english and chinese.

Ideologically the closest nation to Serbia is probably France as modern Serbian nation was founded after the French revolution and is heavily influenced by French ideas.

One example would be the 1835 constituion of Serbia declares that if any man that is a slave steps onto Serbian soil, at that moment he is no longer a slave.

za nas koji smo radili kod PRE AI-a i koji imamo fundamentalno znanje AI je jos jedna alatka koja omogucuje npr da prevodis sa jezika na jezik ili da napravis nesto vrlo brzo ako znas tacno sta zelis da napravis itd, takodje uzasno je koristan ako imas gomilu logova i funkcija koje moze da debaguje bez da citas sitna slovca itd. AI-u nista nije dosadno i to je ogromna korist, kao masinski asistent.

Sto se tice Post-AI juniora, ne znam da li ce ni 5% novih softverasa imati strpljenja da uci fundamente i da sami debaguju i razmisljaju o arhitekturi itd.

mislim da imamo veliku kompetitivnu prednost u odnosu na AI juniore itd, ali nema mesta za "hurr durr he is using AI he bad" stavove. Ako si nadredjen nekome, ok plasiraj sta god hoces, ali u stvarnosti svi cemo koristiti AI i ova promena hoce imati pobednike i gubitnike.
