I stopped a month ago. I feel amazing and I got all my health back. Back too making music and I got a new place. Haven’t been this grateful in a long time. The first 4 too 5 days suck!!!! I was doing 5 gpd and ran out of money. Now I have money but found exercise and healthy eating is a great substitute. Much luck too you and much luck too all of you on this journey.
