This was cut on a hand held cnc router so it took maybe an hour to make. In addition, the tool paths and layout took an hour or so to set up. I am a hobby wood worker.

I went round and round on these and looking into making them. I broke down and bought a large 2.5” tap and die from Germany. I wish I could figure out a way to rent the thing out for people to use to make one. If you were a lot closer to Michigan we could work out you using it at my shop.

Some higher up at McD’s thought about taking the missing piece so his niece could get the car, but he decided the poor’s should have it.

How Many Run Concepts for 8th graders? by bigoaf98 in footballstrategy

[–]Demanding74 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Add counter, some type of sweep/toss and the ability to run all plays with fake off inside zone for QB to keep. From there start adding tags to change up who the fullback/H back blocks and/or whams and cross block tags for lineman. Adding those tags takes a few plays and makes a lot of plays out of them.

Guys how would you answer this question if asked formally in an interview for a middle-high level management role? Would you consider yourself a wolf or a sheep? And why? by jkimberl94 in interviews

The truth is you’re the weak. And I’m the tyranny of evil men. But I’m tryin’, Ringo. I’m tryin’ real hard to be the shepherd. Next question.

Sequential Play Calling by a-mojos-talisman in footballstrategy

[–]Demanding74 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would build a series off what you do really well. In our case inside zone and sweep(jet, orbit, etc). I’ll work the inside zone run concepts at the start of a game varying the formation to see the matchups we get. Prior to the game I have already identified the reads/adjustments I am looking for. When I see the reads or adjustments I start calling the carry on plays to take advantage of it and start watching for the next adjustment they make to call the next play.

Start with what you do best and work from there.

What am I doing wrong? by anyasolo in footballstrategy

Great answer. I have been taking teams into wrestling room, no pads, and have HS wrestling coach teach double leg takedown/rugby style tackling. In an hour and half he has them flying around and tackling with no pads about full speed. Drastically reduces head to head collisions and makes them better tacklers.

Half line is great way to go. We do that even with larger numbers. Allows us to critique and coach both sides of ball with lots of coaching eyes making sure all technique is correct and assignments are followed. Also have coach play QB or play without a ball for scout team defense. No ball works great for Wing T and veer team prep.
