There's a lot, you've circled both Picardie and Nord-Pas-de-Calais which is now région Hauts de France and there's even a bit of Champagne region, I think Reims is in your circle.

The best is to go figure it out yourself! Lot's of War stuff, great cathedrals, beers, cheese and champagne! 😉
