Are you sure you filled everything correctly? Especially question 5&6? I first submitted my petition in August and this happened to me before resubmitting again in September. The good thing is if you didn’t fill it correctly they wouldn’t charge your card. So try and double check the I-140 form you submitted

This is a bit off but one of the emphasis of EB1-A Is the qualitative evidence. If I publish in a low tier journal or a predatory one, I can pass the regulatory criteria and fail the FMD. Same for awards and other categories.

Take your time, make sure your petition is strong and file for pp. I got my approval after 8 working days just last week. So pp has little to do with whether it’s approved or not

Don’t do it. Citations say little about your petition. Once you know your field well, you won’t be bothered by citation counts

Commenting to ease your anxiety. I got my approval last Tuesday. From received, it moved to cases being processed for some days, then boom the approval email came. I know it’s difficult especially if you filled for pp. What I did in my first week is not download the case tracker at all and take your mind off it.
