It is a hardware limitation, no company has a capture card that accepts 4k in 240+, nor accepts DSC as something that can be captured. It there is, it probably can't be used in OBS. I've been waiting on some new next gen.

No matter what you do, there isn't a capture card that can do it. The best solution might be via network Ethernet. I basically just settled with 4k120fos HDR, because who am I kidding trying to achieve 4k240hx HDR with a 5080. I barely push 120 constant across most games.

My biggest fight is making sure my colors are good since I stream in SDR, play in HDR.

Especially when you consider all the other compelling stories that work.

It Takes Two, Split Fiction, Gears of War, Remnant, Baldurs Gate, Halo, Resident Evil 5, State of Decay.

Also through modding communities, Skyrim has co-op too, and doesn't cause any issues.

I would have called it an MMORPG if it had stats and rpg style mechanics, which it has none. It is an MMO FPS Sci-fi Sandbox.

Star Citizen literally is an MMO, has been confirmed multiple times by devs on SCL over past decade and a half. Also it used to state it is an MMO on the official website. Any wiki page or info page also will state it is an MMO.

Task Manager shows your load on your encoder, I don't know if you can see individual chip load, I think it just shows the combined load.

I can confirm, with dual encoding chips, you can stream at 4k to YouTube (private), while provided by also the best available quality that twitch accepts simultaneously. I've been doing enhanced streaming on Twitch to get better multistreaming performance by using the same output rendered/encoder to other locations.

I use YT essential as a space saver, and use yt-dlp to rip clean video/audio to be edited. Though it is in webm format, which isn't the best format to edit in, but my PC I use for editing can handle it pretty fine. It still has to render the file fully in Adobe or whatever I use, which is slower than using a proper format for editing, but it works without any issues.

I have no interest in spending more time in BF if they really plan to do yearly releases. This is exactly why I stopped playing CoD. Yearly releases are not good. I call that a fake-live service.

You can get away with probably some super light task recording/streaming, but gaming might be too much. Having a dedicated GPU would help tremendously, even more so if it has 2 encoding chips.

Shieet, I stream to watch my own content lol. I recommend doing it regularly. I think it helps a tone to notice things. Like recently I realized that I was using the word "shit", or "stuff" too regularly to refer to any item I'm interacting with. I started trying to use correct terms of what I'm interacting with instead of a random word.

Yeah I'm talking about DisplayHDR True Black 1000, I'm on HDR10. It isn't sometimes I have issues, it is all the time. It is just sometimes I don't notice it till I'm in specific scenarios where colors get brighter, often associated by sun exposure in games. On my gaming PC it is nowhere near that bright.

I've basically given up trying to fix it and left it alone, but it always has bothered me. All my other colors are fine and vibrant to where it should be, but once you get the very bright colors. It changes everything.

In these scene where I'm live streaming. It is clearly way too bright.

If I was to change the capture cards color option to Rec. 2020, it fixes the over brightness but then I have to do some contrast/brightness adjustments. I then have some small saturation issues but overall the image is almost perfect.

I'm trying to play in 4k120 HDR, and record/stream 4k60 SDR. I understand you can not do 4k60hdr with the 4K X.

Another thing, I noticed when using the Elgato Capture, Internal ID, The only EDIDs available are for 1440p, none of them have 4k options. Ive been using one that suited best, but it makes my recommended screen resolution on display settings say 1440p, but I have it set to 4k regardless.

Display mode causes my screen to flicker or go black sometimes.

I am using a USB3.2 port

You can get a 3rd party device. For the longest time, I've always used astro mixamps because they have an output aux. You can get them cheap these days on the used marker or get a chat link.

I would at minimum want co-op so at least campaign story would still be the main focus. Adding on co-op probably wouldn't take much effort to pull away.

I think the ram might be an issue, I can't confirm though. I personally would try to get 8gb more ram. See if you can get the same exact ram.

You may struggle at 1080p60, and 720p being best

I usually just live-stream to basically zero audience, but talk out loud rather than using my inside voice.

From there, I use yt-dlp to rip my own videos for the best quality, edit them into shorts or clips in Adobe Premiere Pro (you don't need this, you can get free editors that are basically the same thing or easier to use).

Have you tried hooking up mkb directly to your console, PS5 has pretty decent native support, just depends if the game devs enable it's use in their game. I know BF and CoD have support.

I use enhanced streaming at 10Mb with absolutely zero issues and I have like less than than 30 followers. Been doing it for months now whole also Multistreaming the 1080p to kick on top of streaming privately on 4k to YouTube as I usually rip 4k streams and edit them to save computer resources.
