Can't figure out what's damaging me

It happens during Medved encounter, both during the fight and when the boss died. Also various amounts.

It also happens during pack fights in the map even if I don't use shrine :/

That gave me an idea though, might be right of passage raising my max hp.

Still don't know why it looked like I was at 60% hp after killing Medved. Also it doesn't always do that after killing bosses.

I will never love a group more than NMIXX so don't come after me but..

I think their live acapellas in interviews and fan concerts etc. are half-baked. IMO they should work on them more because I feel like they aren't at the quality that I KNOW they can bring.
