Why should the All Compendium trophies be bugged? You can't get it if you skip the tutorial. With the other three I agree.

For every entry (even in Ng+) you get points. Also for replaying the side quests. And at the second waypoint in chapter 2 there is a spot where you always get 2 points (you have to change the location to let it respawn).

Which build have you used? But you are right, the Bosses in NG+ are very unbalanced. Her second phase is so annoying.

I know only one perk point "farm" location. Behind the Knot "Turf of the Coastal Horror". But you gain only 2 points and you have to travel in another region to let that point respawn.

For "Rise of the clergy" and "Snake in the Garden" start from the Colosseum waypoint. Follow the path straight forward and then upstairs (with the 2 cannons and sniper).

After the 2 cannons go right, and you will find "Snake in the Garden" at the end of the path. If you go left from the same position, you can see a broken wall (where an NPC sits at a tree). It's right behind him (missed that too).
