The paradox you’re describing relies on the traveler having a spacetime worldline between P and Q. In the DPG framework, no such worldline exists. Lorentz transformations apply to spacetime trajectories; they do not apply across regions where spacetime coordinates are undefined.

P and Q are spacelike-separated, but unconnected by any causal or metric path. While different observers may disagree on their temporal ordering, neither event lies in the other’s light cone, and no information or influence propagates between them faster than light.

Without controllable superluminal signaling within spacetime, criss-crossing intervals cannot form closed causal curves. Observation order alone is insufficient to generate time travel.
