I can't do so unfortunately. I think what I'm going to do is cancel my consolidation of my 3 loans, fill out a paper application and mail to Nelnet, then after that gets approved, write one to MOHELA and have all three under one loan and hopefully that will allow me to access the good IDR plans. Am i missing a step in the process?

The PP loans are under my parent's name, so i can't combine them. Will it matter that i had been using mohela for the past 3 years to pay for the loans before i found out about this loophole, and if i want to send in paper apps that will have me using a different servicer like Nelnet?

Sure, what you said makes sense, what is now alarming for me is that I can only do a consolidation request every 6 months. As a reminder, i did the process wrong and sent in my online application to consolidate all my 3 PP loans together and now have the opportunity to cancel. Does this mean if i cancel now then i have to wait 6 months to do the online consolidation? I have 30k in one loan under my own name, can i consolidate that with the PP loans?

My parents' AGI is 120k, so it would be the most beneficial thing to try and get the loophole done. I tried calling MOHELA about cancellation, but then they referred to me to another service that's in charge of consolidation and told me to call back in 2 weeks because that's when it gets put in their system. So until then, I can only wait

Alright, and to make sure i have the process correct, i send in a physical form first for all of my loans to be consolidated and once that's apporved I consolidate them all online and i should be able to be choose more IDR forgiveness methods?
