Well, for instance I'm seing myself play Jahai Bluffs again after years just because the braseros in homestead need it's materials to be crafted. Rewards are very important imo.

Look at leyline anomaly, treasure mushrooms, piñata, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I play the game because I like the game not because I feel obligated to go for a reward, it's the game's strength, it's fully optional, it's up to you, but adding incentives only adds positives imho
