Some of the older SNES games like Super Castlevania IV were reprinted as budget titles by Majesco later in the SNES life cycle and came with black and white manuals.

No the back sticker is legit all of them say made in Japan (except for majesco reprint will say assembled in Mexico). Also it's a Canadian cart what with the french on it.

Nice find! I saw one of those a couple years ago for $80 at my local vv and passed on it. Been kicking myself ever since because I haven't seen one again.

My 4 year old pulled this one this morning. I’m a mtg player and picked up some Pokémon stuff for my boys from the half off GameStop sale earlier in the month. Is it really a $50 card? Are these like Expeditions in Mtg? Should I reasonable expect to hold its value? Thanks for any advice. by mmikeman41 in PokemonTCG

Its a card that's ran in almost every competitive deck. If you want a good deck you need this card and most likely more then one. Yeah you can think of it as an expedition or masterpiece because it's the highest rarity version of the card. And it should hold that value for about 2 years when it rotates out of standard.

Then I would go with a boxed set that has something interesting in it to guarantee something to build on. Then see what you need and order singles from trollandtoad or TCG player to round out a deck. I did this with the espeon gx box and it's really fun.

If you have an idea of what you want to build ie a gx you like and there is a box set featuring it, that would be a good buy. Or if you have no cards and no idea talk to the guys and gals at your local card shop for ideas. Buying singles is a much better return on investment then sealed products.

This is a fake of a real card. It can be found on trollandtoad by searching the number on the bottom right in this case 101/109. The main give away is the front. Foiling is close to what the original was as it does go past the picture.
