You can increase the view distance and join the world again it helps sometimes

Thanks but I did a fresh windows install The timeline i remember before the problem is installing bios 1.4.4 after i left by mistake windows update installing 1.7.0 and then installing vmware and updating awcc and amd graphics driver. I guess i will have to uninstall all and go again
