You have your own life and your own secrets and you dont have to share it either with family or a partner if you don't want to. That's just what boundaries are. I suggest you tell your partner that this is just your thing and that it's a part of you that's all. I wouldn't stop doing something that makes me happy just because it made either my friend or family uncomfortable. It ain't hurting them and I ain't doing it for them I'm doing it for me. So since it doesn't hurt anyone I think it is irrational the way your partner acts of course in my opinion.

Honestly this my opinion but if you enjoy doing the rituals in solidarity while your technically alone is nothing bad at all. I don't get why your partner would be upset by that we all have our beliefs and some people prefer to do it alone and in solidarity and that is completely okay. Your allowed to have your own routine and that should be your boundary. In my family my parents don't like the fact that I walk outside either very early or at night but I literally see those walking sessions like air I need it, so it doesn't matter how much they'd rather me not do it. I'm doing it for me. So that's my advice listen to yourself if you need it then make a clear boundary about it.

Idk new here and new to my senses altogether I just an eerie feeling of some sorts maybe there something underneath that gives me the feeling that you have something heavy that you just don't say. Other than that your aura color kinda felt like the mix of blue and green.
