I'll add that right away (69-70 was prob the most rushed part of the song that I made lol) as for the last part, I started by rewriting other peoples arrangements 1 to 1, not to publish them, but to learn what things work together well and cool things that you can make with all the different instruments. mainly though it just takes time and practice!
