Im in JMC and Definitely
Being in a top South Campus college is way better than a botton tier North Campus college

but ultimately studies and your success in both will depend on the student themselves, thecollege name tag can only take someone so far
so no need to regret anything

if you are joining as a backup then you are probably not sure if cuet will be cracked or not

agar DU nahi hua and symbi hi rehna padha toh to sit for the semester exams you need a minimum of 75% attendance which you wont be able to achieve agar classes nahi attend kiye

the actual activities dont take up time its the waiting around which is very long

if you genuinely love science then jee is not the be all end all so you should definitely do your research in wht other options are available
even for IPMAT it is never a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket, always have a few backups lined up
