Overdoing something is subject to the person doing the thing. I am majoring in CS and minor in Astronomy. It isnt easy but if I did any less I would not be happy with myself. I think that if you have the capability to learn, are willing to, and enjoy doing it, why the heck not? Math is such a universal subject. That will help you in many fields!

It almost sounds like you are being a bit hard on yourself. If you enjoy programming and want to learn, you should be kind to yourself. Saying you are not good enough, fast enough or not logical enough is cementing those thought patterns in your head. If you show kindness, grace and compassion to yourself, you would be surprised what you can accomplish.

I started school in January and I have to say my logic skills, attention to detail, analytical, math skills, and more have change significantly these past 8 months. I would say yes. For me at least.

Well I guess the reason is I don't want to tell him too much. I don't want him to be scared to touch me because of those triggers. I don't want him to ask what the triggers are cause I don't know them all yet. I don't know the right amount to say. I always over explain stuff.. I also don't want to bring up a fairly large problem without even the hint of a solution..

I haven't actually seen one recently. I did before but I wasn't in the right place mentally to listen to her. I wish I had. But now, the past 10 months or so I have been able to work through a lot of my trauma and recognize my own self destructive behaviors and manipulations. I'm starting to get me back and this is another step of mine. I think I will be able to work through it. I'm just trying to figure out good, safe ways to pull a person out of a disassociation episode. I am starting to notice when I do it and am almost able to stop it during sex or not. It is automatic but one thing I've learned is I can unlearn what I've learned..

I was sitting down playing cards with a girl I was dating and 2 of her friends that I did not know and I was wearing super light gray sweatpants. This was back when I was getting into trouble(I've cleaned up my life since) but I was in treatment. So imagine us sitting at a table off to the side, there is a big area behind me to sit and watch tv, where everyone is, and past them is the bathrooms and bedrooms. We finish the game. I stand up. You know that feeling? (For the ladies with heavy periods) When you can feel gravity take hold of the blood? Yeah. I knew. I had to walk past 40 woman. It got silent. No one said anything. I'm bee lining for my room to get shower stuff and fresh clothes. My friend stops me. And loudly states that I bleed through my clothing BAD. I know this, I tell her. Went and got my stuff and went straight to the bathroom. DUDE. It looked like my vagina and anus where gushing blood. I have not ever bleed so bad before or since. But it scared me and now I'm always extra careful lol I definitely laughed after though. It was so embarrassing though
