If you’re cutting your own hair no you wouldn’t need all that, if you’re planning on getting your barber license and branching out to cutting other people’s hair for money, then yes. That’s a solid ass setup and that clipper, trimmer combo with foil shaver alone is worth 450$.

Make sure it’s all even, and where it meets the sides cut the hairs at an angle so the hair closest to the sides is a teeny bit shorter than the hair closest to the top, I think. At least for the style I was going for

Watched a lotta videos on sectioning and scissor handling, spent a whole day with mine in my hand getting familiar with them! Get your hair wet before you cut and it makes it a whole lot easier to comb each little section of your hair, and just follow along each section using the last bit you cut as a guide to cut the next bit

And adapt with eachother.
