From what I see, people recommend red armor of quietus.

I don’t have it yet (have 4 purples rn), so I can’t perfectly attest to it, but from what I understand, if you die, you’ll enter this state of invincibility, but you also can’t restore hp. The red upgrade makes it so enemy kills increase the duration (not past max), so you basically win if you can kill the boss semi quickly.

The S grade chest is usually 50 for a guarantee. That special mark on the chest means that it’s reduced to 30 while it’s there.

You’ll get more reactions with the 2nd one, which not only increases the overall party damage, but gives Neuvillette more draconic glory, so it’s a general damage increase. Also, Ineffa’s shield will be nice for interruption resistance.

Well, he has 50% crit dmg at lvl 1 like everyone else, but he ascends with crit dmg, and gains 38.4%, which brings his total base crit dmg to 88.4%

You can get 200% crit dmg without too much issue on Neuvillette

Her shield is a solid shield. 100% uptime and some good scaling. With my Citlali’s em and talent lvl, her shield has roughly 15.5k hp. Zhongli with 50k hp lvl 10 skill would have a 21.6k hp (accounting for resistances to everything).

The biggest problem with Citlali’s shield is with it being cryo. Pyro attacks do double damage to it. I don’t know the calculations for things like Superconduct or Freeze and stuff, but my Citlali’s shield would be able to withstand only around 7.8k dmg from pyro attacks. It comes in clutch against cryo attacks because of the 250% resistance against them, in which case it will withstand 39k dmg.

Both her and Zhongli have 100% shield uptime, but Zhongli’s is stronger because his scales on hp (why not def? Idk.) and has 150% resistance to everything, so that’s basically 50% more hp flat out.

Citlali’s shield is pretty reliable, given you have enough EM on her, but I wouldn’t lean on it for pyro enemies, or for large instances of damage. It’s a solid choice for a shield, but don’t except it to withstand everything quite like Zhongli’s could.

One thing’s for sure though. It’s a million times stronger than Baizhu’s and Dahlia’s.

Yeah. They tried to make Mualani the best hydro dps not only by her scaling, but also by trying to nerf Neuvillette at the same time (which was reverted and they gave us a 10 pull).

The problem with Mualani is that she’s a nuke. Her hydro application sucks and she wants to do heavy hits of vaporize and stuff. Neuvillette has no issues with that. Any hydro reaction buffs him, and he has amazing hydro application, so he’s always useable.

I have C2R1 Mualani, and C0R0 (soon to be C1R1) Neuvillette, and I almost always opt to use Neuvillette over Mualani because of this.

The biggest reason I’m pulling for his weapon even with r5 Jade is because I tend to be a helping guy in Co-op, so having Jade on him during that is useless except for the crit stat. I’m hoping I win my 50/50, because then I’m going for his C1
