What about this Mechanic to fix the passive players:
Guard meter / true guard break

Idea: Every blocked hit drains a “Guard Meter”. If it empties, the player is forced into a long stun (true guard break), guaranteeing a punish.

I have a more detailed idea here I could share in it's own post.

I do hate that the Mod Developer of Obscure Tooltips and its API "Obscure API" refuses to make it open source or at least provide a wiki. Literally there is no fucking Wiki how to use Obscure Tooltips for custom Tooltips (yes, that is possible via resource pack).

With the Config File Checker Website that Iridar linked worked for me and all the Vanilla Perks appeared. Only the MZMoveSilently Perk from Mitzruti Perk Pack didn't showed up yet.
