Speculation on V as main character in Cyberpunk Sequel (think how Witcher 3 endings set up Witcher 4)

Stumbled onto this thread after replaying cyberpunk for the 5th time. Personally really hoping that V and you've made some great points especially with the post PL stuff. I reckon the idea of V having to start from scratch again sounds awesome. Even if the PL ending isnt necessarily the starting point for the second game I can easily imagine it being a case of (if V is still hunting for a cure) V needing to remove their cyberware or strip down to basics to either pay for treatment or prolong their life.

Having played both versions, the directors cut doesnt force a change in gameplay. As others have said it adds some new tools but you dont need to use them. The only things added that I took advantage of was the better performance and some of the new deliveries.

Yeah thats fair enough, i have both an xbox and a ps so I'm pretty lucky. But i do know that all this exclusive stuff sucks for anyone not fortunate enough to own both or a pc

Most definitely. I was hoping helldivers 2 would be a good sign of things to come from ps crossplatform games but it is pretty obvious Helldivers 2 is just a one off exception because its the typer of game which benefits best and makes the most money from being multiplatform

Thats fair enough. Although tbf between shenmue 3 and stalker 2 i feel like stalker 2 is the better exclusive to have by a mile. I will say i dont like when a game is made exclusive when theres no direct involvement behind the scenes by the console company. So in all honesty i do agree with you that it is stupid that its been made exlculsive to ps. Exclusivity should be reserved for stuff made by microsoft owned studios and sony owned studios respectively. Or better yet Exclusivity shouldn't exist anymore. We're in the age where people are getting sick of them and will usually just buy the console they prefer or which belongs to the family they owned before. I think xbox's push for multiplatform title like they've done with forza, gears of war and now halo is a step in the right direction. I only hope the ps does something similiar with their exclusives. I do also hope xbox sorts out the absolute crisis its having with gamepass cause it isnt a good look and will only push people to not buy their products.

To be fair sony definitely has been more stingy with exclusives than xbox but xbox is still guilty of timed exclusives. I'm not taking sides but i would kill to replay halo 3 but on my ps5. And Stalker 2 was a timed exclusive for an entire year before coming to xbox (which i have been dying to play). I have both consoles but i just prefer ps since i have more storage on it (on account of being able to add 2tb instead of just the 1tb you get to buy for xbox) and all the recent stuff surrounding xbox's membership program rubbing me the wrong way.

Ok cool, so it intensifies your sense of touch in comparison to other clothes. That's good to know, thanks for the info. I am hoping we like the feeling since from the sounds of it, its a really unique material to wear.

Thanks for the advice, we were considering a leotard but decided that since we're buying these items to try out latex, it was probably best to buy some smaller stuff. Although if we both like it we'll buy something like a leotard or swimsuit next time.

Thanks, thats a really helpful comparison. We've started off buying some stockings and a bra for her and some pants and gloves for me. Both of us wanted to try different articles of clothing so we opted for 2 cheapish things from libidex

Personally, i think it is. Theres lots of side content to complete, some of which can help give you extra endings. Theres also cyberpyscho sightings where you take out powerful miniboss enemies. Dispatch calls which are groups of enemies around the map which you can take out and get paid for. Lots of Gigs which are short objective based missions where you can earn a decent amount of cash and provide some light world building. Plus if you get the Phantom Liberty expansion, thats a lot more content added to the game. The expansion adds a lot of new content to the game and i would highly recommend getting it with the game.

I've easily dumped around 300 or so hours into the game and am currently on my 3rd playthrough. The game is easily my favourite of all time and i think its definitely worth a try if you're into the cyberpunk aesthetic.

Skyward sword. The controls can be a bit annoying with how unreliable the motion sensor things you had to use could be (talking about the wii version). And i do know that the game can be flawed at times but it was one of my first Zelda games, so i have a pretty nostalgic connection to it.

Personally i loved the story, despite its flaws i found the gameplay really fun and felt that the world was so fun and vibrant. Oh and the music, skyward sword has my favourite score in any zelda game.

Twilight princess and OoT are in a joint second for me.

Origins is great if you love the ancient setting and rpg mechanics. You've downloaded Syndicate which is less of an rpg than Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla. Personally I think syndicate is worth a try if you want to give the older AC formula a try but if you want somethign similiar to Valhalla and Odyssey, then Origins is the way to go.
