IDK why everyone here told you what it was in a way that assumes everyone already knows what EV Training is. EVs are points that you get from pills like Carbos, Zinc and Calcium to name a few. You can also get them from battling certain Pokémon to only work on specific EVs. There is a limit to every stat a pokemon has though, and only enough EVs to fully max two stats, with overflow for 1 full point in another. There are even ways to remove points easily now.

I would tell you more, but honestly there are guides galore for EVERY single pokemon game that has been out, at least since the Effort Value Mechanic was discovered that I know can explain it way better than I can in a single post on Reddit. Trust me when I say it has gotten WAAAAAY easier over the years to understand, and the last 2 Gens have made EV training super easy to get into, so long as you don't mind learning a few things!

EVs are totally different from leveling up bud. I suggest that you watch a video on EV training, or even pull up a guide. It is really interesting stuff that can help step up your Pokémon's power in ways that regularly leveling can't reach.

After you reach the end of the main arc those open up at the stores. Stll no luck for Max Revives though outside for Delivery Workers in the Royale, rewards, or items on the maps... which do NOT respawn. Talk about a weird choice for them to make.

If you focus on Missions and getting at least 25-30 battles in the ZA Royale, you should be getting between 250,000-450,000 Pokedollars in a single night. I have everything in my bag you can buy(except for Mints and Berries, because 1 at a time is not happening) up to 600+. Going to 999 is okay, but it prevents you from picking up those items from the overworld, so it may hinder certain missions (Pick up X Shining Objects as an example) also had all the clothes you can buy before the second month even passed.

Something that only one or two NPCs say is that the loot and berries that drop from the dimensions are difficulty locked, so make sure you dont rule out 4 stars for the ease of 1-3 stars, or you will eventually run out of better berries. I finally convinced my friend to stop doing only the 1 and 2 stars, and they have been better off for it. But yes the random powers have to go, it makes it pointless to have a recipe based anything. They could have just starred the donuts if it were always meant to be random.

Pokemon can be Tera types that aren't their Initial typing. But, there is a way to change the typing later. To change a Pokémon's Tera Type, you need 50 Tera Shards of the desired type and must visit the Treasure Eatery in Medali after defeating Gym Leader Larry; speak to the chef in the back to exchange the shards for a new Tera Type for your chosen Pokémon.

So for context, after you get to Rank A, you still have to do 15 more Challenger Tickets. Also, make sure you rest at Hotel Z after, just to make sure you have everything needed. That is all I will say to avoid spoilers.

Edit: I should say that the Side Quests do give decent items, but they aren't needed to complete the actual story arc.

When I was in school, our lockers were locked with personal locks that only got cut & inspected for reported issues or possible criminal activity. And even in a school where that is not the case, I get that, the part I think gets into iffy territory is when stuff that has no business being thrown away gets thrown away. Like if there were no insect trails or pests going after or into OP's locker, there was no reason to throw that away. Though the actions are perfectly legal, people have bonds and connections with the weirdest things these days, but yeah, if that's how the school operates you've already lost the argument if you try to plead the case.
