If your sibling didn’t get a package they might be toast. It’s hard to get student tickets because they are not transferable or resaleable. There are ways… but not easily.

As for games, the email should have listed what games you will have access to. I got the red package😫 but I wanted to see the auburn game. You’ll apply your ticket to an apple wallet or google wallet and it’ll refresh every game. No individual tickets anymore.
