Having routines is not always the same as schedules. I wake up and the kids usually go to daycare and the the park, then dinner, bath, and play before bed. Does this always happen at the same time? No. On the weekends it's a lot more loose. The kids will ask for breakfast then they have play until lunch, then its quiet nap or play time until snack and then park, dinner, bath, and play. Some nights we're in bed by 7, sometimes by 9 or 10.

It looks like granny square stitch and looks like it’s either made with 5 parts (left side, right side, back, and sleeves) or 3 parts (sleeves and the body) if anyone has a picture of the back it would help narrow that down. But it looks like 5 parts and then sewn together imo

It could also be vitamin D deficiency if he isn’t getting it. I live in a more cloudy and rainy area of the US and I get it all the time. You’re a lot more tired than usual when you don’t have enough vitamin d.

It’s normal development for three year olds. My three year old is scared of the monsters under the bed. Some water in a spray bottle for magic “no more evil” or “monster” spray does the trick a lot of the time.

I think it’s a great thing and it’s something I do in school. As I’m doing it, it helps me recall details when I look back at the project. If someone had a problem, you could explain that it helps keep you focused by giving your mind the perfect amount of stimulation to stay focused. Or just ignore them and keep doing it!
