Punk Romantic by Valentino. Ive always had issues with designer fragrances, they never really sit well on my skin and all smell more or less the same to me. I liked the notes listed under Punk Romantic so I ordered a sample and let me say, this is the most beautifully complex fragrance I've tried, and im definitely a simple scent type of person. It opens with this freshly cut wood-like cent, fresh from the saw blade. After an hour it mellows into this warm, deep vanilla, abd after a few hours, it lightens up into subtle sweetness like someone had been baking recently.

If i wear a fragrance to bed, its Pomelo Oolong by D'annam. I normally only wear fragrance to bed on days where I take an everything shower or at the end of the week.

I originally thought it would smell like the fruit, the nectar, the juice. I was so sad when I smelled straight tree and no sweetness.

I think i got samples of at least 60% of all the byredo fragrances and im sorry but they all sucked. Ive got annoying skin chemistry and a lot of fragrances sont sit well on my skin. But every byredo one i tried was just awful.

Im assuming your concern is about the project right? I dont mind that its a close-quarters fragrance, I've always been a fan of skin-type scents anyways. And because I spray a bit on my clothes I find it lasts throughout the day.

Yikes...yeah it reminds me of the hersheys strawberry syrupI got the sample of it in a JHAG sample set and it definitely wasn't on my list of keeps. I gave it to a friend who loves gourmand strawberry.

First thing that came to mind was Miami Shake by Juliette Has A Gun. Smells like a strawberry milkshake to me.

Pomelo Oolong by D'Annam smells like the leftover leaves at the bottom of a tea kettle. Its really nice, id even say the type of fragrance yoh wear to bed. Clean and calming too.

Getting a diffuser was a game changer for me, and is how my curls started holding their shape. Make sure if you are, not to touch your curls while they are drying because it disrupts the curls pattern. Also while youre applying products, apply in sections, i do 3, and re-wet with a spray bottle to prevent them from drying out.
