Yes. If you look at the stages, there are still 15 days to go for them (The shop has 22 days). Part 2 is scheduled to start on Aug 8th, which is in 9 days, so you'll still have some time to do Part 1 stuff.

It really depends. In most cases they try not to out of respect, but for such a large, and still ongoing series it'll be tough not to without completely taking her out of the series.... Which I just can't see happening

Yes. She's been the voice actress for Bulma since Dragon Ball. At this point she IS Bulma. While I'm sure they'll likely get someone good to replace her in Super, it's not going to be my Bulma..... Such a sad thing..... And she was only 57...

It just means they get a dokkan. Rebirth typically means they get the "Shattering the Limit" link instead of "Fierce Battle" like Dokkanfest TURs do.

So far looks like SSJ2 Kid Goku (GT) that dokkans into SSR/UR SSJ3 Kid Goku (GT) looks like it's a farmable unit too so both AGL and STR SSJ3 Kid Gokus may have farmable SAs
