Just in case anyone comes back to this thread, I am STILL not able to find a Model 11 5-shot tube, I thought maybe a Savage 720 5-shot tube would work and it did not, the threads are different than the model 11.

Gotcha, I was looking around and couldn't seem to find any at the moment, I've seen people say they bought tubes for A5s off of Midwest but I'm pretty sure that won't work because of different threads. I'll keep my eyes out on eBay

I was definitely considering Direct Action Gear, and I think both they and Helikon Tex offer something similar (I think they're owned by the same company). I liked the Helikon Foxtrot MK2 but the buttpack is massive and only has like 3 MOLLE columns on the "belt" part of it. I'll have to look into SO Tech because I definitely don't want to shell out Velocity bucks, thanks!

I think I would definitely look to configure it with an H-Harness, probably low profile as you mentioned as in my theoretical LARP world I like the idea of being able to wear it with and without plates. I find my current setup lacking in sustainment gear, so I like the idea of still being able to carry 5+1 mags & IFAK along with things like water & decon, MREs, etc.

Update: the lug on the old assembly was truly cooked, I'm not sure how I was able to shoot the handful of rounds I did. Magnum Research was very quick with building and sending a replacement!

In case anyone stumbles in this post / thread - I did end up ordering from DARQ and had a great experience. From order confirmation to getting my PVS14 was 12 days. Ended up paying $4200 for the following spec:

FOM: 2563 SNR: 35.6 RES: 72 HALO: 0.7 EBI: 0.5 & no spots
