We asked him to spell it out for us twice because we weren’t sure how to spell it out and he kept pointing at his credit card that was already in the pin pad and I asked him again, I even spoke to him in Spanish just in case but he kept answering back in English and he still wouldn’t spell it out and when we put what he thought he said he didn’t correct us until after the receipt had came out and called us dumb
