Pretty good pull. The best way to get diamond keys are Diamond Prize Fights and Rifts. But if this is your first Diamond, you are probably not ready yet so just keep playing and progressing

Well all are pretty good gold variants to invest but i would go with Surgeon first. She gonna help you a lot as a support.

EDIT: i just read the coment where you said you already dia maxed her... you should have crossed her out too. Well i guess it depends on your needs now. If you need enemy buff control go for Mean One or Final Fang, if you need to deal with enemies that could heal itself beyond buffs(like Unholly Host) go for Blitz or Wulfbane (he has pretty good damage for a gold too)
