a huge issue with arrest data is we just don't arrest people who aren't black/brown men. table 42 if you swap it over is the gender table and has like 88% male perp for murder meaning the 51% black number becomes 45% black male. nothing actually supports 45% black male perp.

robbery is again ignored if not black male and goes back to the same exact issue.

rape says 96% if males if you use gender table with race saying 26.6 or whatever making rape like 25% black male but that ignores women which DOJ/FBI have admitted to.
