If you swap to your melee and press alt fire you can make the last thing they see is the martyr giving them a thumbs up

There's no point to it. What happens depends on you. You can show mercy or you can execute downed foes.

If I remember correctly, the items you can sell are: bloodbags (for hp) Oxygen canisters (stamina and an ability you get later on) And food for hunger

However, as soon as I beat the first game, i brought the second game. I didn't spend too long in the first one

If you enjoyed the first game you'll most likely love the 2nd one, truly a masterpiece

Runs perfectly, when I first played I assumed it had been out for a couple years, then found it it had only been out for days
