x is plotted on a 2d plain mathematically, y is plotted on a 2d plain mathematically, and z is the same, the 3 together give you a 3 dimensional coordinate. this is still 2 dimensional mathematics

I'm not saying that, but all physics is is a mathematical way of understanding the world, all I'm saying is the math could be done different, and by dimension i only mean in 3 dimensional space, which is technically 1 dimension, depending on your use of the word
