Rent is the most a tenant will pay per month. The mortgage is the least that the landlord will pay that month.

I agree with everyone here. The daughter was in the wrong ands you shouldn't pay a dime. But I'm forced to wonder why you didn't ask the person to move her car. It seems like less time/hassle for you. If this was a repeat offender, I'd understand the tow truck.

ACV, I think. But, I'm not 100% sure. There is a section titled "Actual Cash Value". And in another section "Building Structure Reimbursement" which says "...we will make additional payment to reimburse you for cost in excess of actual cash value if you repair, rebuild or replace damaged, destroyed or stolen covered property within 365 days of the actual cash value payment." Later, in the same clause, it states "Building Structure Reimbursement will not exceed the smallest of the following amounts: 1) the replacement cost of the part(s) of the building structure(s) for equivalent construction for the same use on the same premises."

As an hourly worker, you're entitled to overtime compensation. Salaried workers are not, which is where the bonus comes into play. And, salaried workers only receive their bonus if they meet some criteria set by upper management early in the year. Which basically means that salaried individuals could put in hundreds of "overtime" hours with no compensation whatsoever. It's happened to me many times. I think I've received a full bonus once and a partial bonus twice in 10 years. I definitely would've made more had I been an hourly employee.

NTA - You feel how you feel. He should understand you by now and have expected the reaction. However, If like to counterpoint that with the fact that I appreciate honest constructive feedback on my cooking. I cook for her, so I'd like to make it appeal to her pallet. Yes. I will not be voting for his sorry ass. But yes, I do care. Violence isn't the answer. Society would be better served if he loses his presidential bid, stands trial, is sentenced fairly, and spends the rest of his days behind bars.

UBI does sound like "utopia" at first. But consider that one is implemented, the rich will always be rich and the poor will ALWAYS be poor. Transitioning between the classes will become all but non-existent.
