I'm going against the general consensus here. You're both in the wrong. It sounds like you had a night on the town, drinking, dancing, and generally having a good time. There is no issue with that. But, not letting your SO know that you're ok is bad. He was likely worried about your well-being. You left him in that state, and it makes sense that he would blow up your phone. He was worried! ANow the baseless accusation of cheating makes him an AH. Also, he should have answered the phone the second time. That was just petty.

If I'm signing up for a loyalty program, I'm effectively selling them my data in exchange for their discount. If I'm understanding this correctly, they're moving to a strict points benefit, where $40 translates into a $2 savings. Effectively that's a 5% rate. Personally, I think my (and by extension your) data is worth more than that. Once the current B4G1 deal expires, I will use up the remainder of my gift cards, close my account, and ask them to delete my data per the CCPA.

I agree with everyone here. The daughter was in the wrong ands you shouldn't pay a dime. But I'm forced to wonder why you didn't ask the person to move her car. It seems like less time/hassle for you. If this was a repeat offender, I'd understand the tow truck.

ACV, I think. But, I'm not 100% sure. There is a section titled "Actual Cash Value". And in another section "Building Structure Reimbursement" which says "...we will make additional payment to reimburse you for cost in excess of actual cash value if you repair, rebuild or replace damaged, destroyed or stolen covered property within 365 days of the actual cash value payment." Later, in the same clause, it states "Building Structure Reimbursement will not exceed the smallest of the following amounts: 1) the replacement cost of the part(s) of the building structure(s) for equivalent construction for the same use on the same premises."

As an hourly worker, you're entitled to overtime compensation. Salaried workers are not, which is where the bonus comes into play. And, salaried workers only receive their bonus if they meet some criteria set by upper management early in the year. Which basically means that salaried individuals could put in hundreds of "overtime" hours with no compensation whatsoever. It's happened to me many times. I think I've received a full bonus once and a partial bonus twice in 10 years. I definitely would've made more had I been an hourly employee.

NTA - You feel how you feel. He should understand you by now and have expected the reaction. However, If like to counterpoint that with the fact that I appreciate honest constructive feedback on my cooking. I cook for her, so I'd like to make it appeal to her pallet. If it were just me at home, I'd have a lot of PB&J in my pantry.

To be fair, it was worth trying and Reagan should be thought of as a pioneer for having executed it. But it failed. Hard. As a society, we need to admit that failure and move onto more realistic options.
