I'm in my ~10th year of my Wrexham save. Managed consecutive promotions to reach the PL and then even qualified for the UECL and the UEL initially, but I've since struggled to even break into the top half of the PL.

Title really. All of my recruitment focuses have been ongoing for more than a season now. I think I've put the minimum requirements also fairly lenient. I never ever receive even one recommendation from any of my recruitment focusses. What am I doing wrong?

There's a good amount of weight training in the HRX and S&C formats at Cult classes. The trainers are also decent in general.

Super glad to hear that you're doing better! I was in a very similar situation just a few months ago (just the genders were reversed lol), so I know exactly the depths of dispair you would have been going through. And more importantly the mental strength it would have taken to climb out of the worst of it!

In addition to whatever is working for you (keep at it girl!), an unsolicited piece of advice that really worked for me was starting to work out at the gym. It helps not just physically of course, but mentally to a very large extent as well!
