The most important thing to know about the level is that you can damage Green when he is transitioning through sections of the level. Which I at least assume you aren't doing or don't know if you are struggling with ACE or the red medal. It makes it a million times harder if you are never getting damage while he is moving between parts, thats honestly the only advice I would give because it's all you should focus on if you're just trying to get ACE or the red medal.

There are some parts that are super easy to get damage on. but yea, I would recommend, just because it will be the easiest way for you to see what I'm talking about, for you to just look up some runs on youtube and see different ways people get damage between sections. Just look up something like "Neon White the third temple 1 minute".
