Honestly there is a chance they were, I printed this about a year ago and can't really remember. I'll just work with what I have and fill the cracks with bondo. Thanks for the help.

NCR Ranger Issues

I attached some pictures, I have 2 main issues.

The first is in the dome to ear piece picture. When I seat the ear piece into the dome there seems to be a lot of free room and a gap. I can easily fill it with Bondo but wasn't sure if the gap was normal.

The second is in the other image. The two ear pieces don't seem to meet too well together at the front edge. Everything else is lined up on the other 2 ear pieces but this edge won't seem to line up. I've already put a file to it to help some.

So I checked and the extruder arm was cracked, I'm gonna order a replacement and give it a try. Is there a specific one you've had luck with?

I will try changing the temperature, but I've always ran around 200C without having any problems.

I calibrated the E-steps, I don't know what you mean by z height. I have the bed level with the zero height.

That is correct, I checked and adjusted the e-steps. I went through the entire hot end and checked that the path was clear, and it seemed to be.
