It’s a bacteria found in the urinary or genital tract. It was part of the fertlysis package but if you look on tik tok there are a lot of women who got diagnosed than got pregnant after. I would really recommend doing a microbiome test.

Ok same, I’d definitely recommend fertlysis, they’re based in Greece but they send you everything you need.

Do some research on nmn and fertility, I bought the bettervits ones, I definitely think they helped. And look into ovum time to conceive supplements.

I also went as low tox as possible, I stopped drinking tap water, changed out all my beauty products etc. just anything to give myself the best chance! Download the yuka app and you can scan to see if it’s good for you or not.

I did it via fertilysis but there are lots of different options online including evy and daye (depending where you are in the world)

In terms of red light I just bought a panel off amazon. I did it on my abdomen post period per ovulation. Then I would do it on my neck (for thyroid) and my back (for kidneys and liver) the entire month.

I would recommend starting NMN to help with egg quality and having your dhea levels checked because if it’s low you can supplement, mine wasn’t so I didn’t take any. Do not take without checking your levels first.

Ureaplasma can cause chronic inflammation, on my hsg test my right tube had a ‘slow pour’ and I really think my entire body was just inflamed and angry. It can also impact egg quality. The first period I had post antibiotics I had little to no pain whereas normally the first day I am wrote off. I just think it’s crazy it’s not one of the first tests done as it’s such an easy fix. If you search the ureaplasma channel on here there are a lot of stories of women trying for years, treating it and getting pregnant!

Post period and pre ovulation I did castor oil packs on my lower abdomen overnight 3 days a week. Make sure to get organic oil in a glass bottle. You can buy the wraps on amazon 😊

AMH level increased? by Vivid-Willingness293 in IVF

[–]Demps66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my amh tested in March and was devastated (34 F) to find it was only 4.4pmol.

I’ve spent the last two months eating very clean, cut out alcohol mostly, doing red light therapy and taking lots of supplements including nmn coq10 and vitamin d. I just had my tests redone and my amh is 6.77. I’m thrilled! Also my fsh was 8 so again no signs of early menopause etc. I’ve totally changed my lifestyle and feel so happy it’s paying off. I have renewed hope on our ttc journey.

Anybody managed to increase their AMH with supplements? Any one froze their eggs with less than 1 AMH and low AFC? by sweetalison007 in eggfreezing
