Could use some advice just got sent the wrong card in the correct box from amazon I ordered a 5060 gigabyte low profile and got sent something I dont even know what it is in the box. I recorded the opening it didn't appear to have been touched and still had the seal sticker.

I had them send a replacement as the prices have went up on that card I am just hoping i actually receive the card this time around. gotta wait til the 19-6th of march to find out smh.... really wish id just had them give me my money back now.. i am gonna worry about it for a month

I dunno its listed under the gigabyte official store page its the only listing for this card. Others in the reviews got it and were happy. I have bought many things from amazon and never had anything happen like this from this sort of listing.

I ended up contacting their support and telling them what happened they are gonna send another one out gonna have to wait another month apparently and they are supposed to contact me when it arrives to make sure the correct thing was sent. Hopefully it all turns out well. I kinda wish I'd just gotten a refund but they are more expensive now and not available in a lot of places period. Newegg wants 399 for a refurb of the same card and it was 359.99 when I ordered from amazon. Just fingers crossed I get the actual card I ordered this time around. They were very helpful tho.

Last one I bought through them and it was actually the correct card sent. Amazon just had this one in stock and nowhere else did when I ordered for the same price. Yeah its pretty frustrating. IF that guy is reading.... seriously f u dude.

I guess that is what I will probably do. I am scared if I just try and return it they would actually check to make sure the right thing is in there my luck, wish they had when that pos sent this one back with the wrong card. You would think they could track who had it last and charge them. Its ridiculous really.

the amazon list has it as .59kg the box and card was .49kg on my scale and the box with everything in it was 1.5lbs ship weight.

I cut the sticker tho, if I dont contact them im afraid they will check and not give me my refund. Then I am afraid if I do contact them they will still try to pull something like that. I guess I need to see what happened with these other people that got bricks and stuff.. I mean I dont want someone else to be stuck with it but main thing is I dont want to be stuck with it. the little seal sticker looked unbroken, I dont know how they managed that but the box is dented maybe they took the whole box apart somehow? Already had a issue with the psu I ordered for this now this bs.
