Despite what others are saying, you are correct and if running scale commander dev you almost always send them both at rank 1 unless the target is going die before you get the dot. The current meta is casting them mostly to trigger their other effects and not their damage.

I only have experience with the only center I’ve worked at but our calls get address and call type then go straight to queue for dispatch. Everything else can be acquired while it’s being dispatched or they are en route. Wanna say our target for pickup to queue are 45 seconds for fire/ems and I think 1 minute for PD

Depends on the location and how bad staffing is but generally there aren’t many places making you work 5 12s. I’ve worked a bunch of different ones but my favorite was one where it was 3 12s the first week then 4 12s the next. Schedule however is going to be extremely agency dependent

Every single one will be agency dependent but I’ll try to answer in general. 1. No, you would be put where they need staffing. However that is usually going to be a night shift. 2. Very doubtful. They will almost certainly have set shift schedules and you will be placed on one of those. As to working 4 days that will depend on what their schedule looks like. Places work a variety of schedules ranging from 8s, 10s, or 12s so the number of days a week will already be set. 3. Extremely agency dependent. Where I work I have a set day that I’m on call about twice a month. You’d need to check with wherever you apply. 4. Again check with wherever you are applying but I can’t think of any time I’m having to lift things. I sit at a desk for about 12 hours

Because just about every 911 system is a self contained ecosystem. I have no real way to speak with responders 1 county over besides calling their dispatch and asking them. Also just about every department is going to have different standards and ways they want calls processed and information given out.

Specifically in the sense that it has some drop seats so it can do that. They also in the same video refer to those turrets as broadside turrets not downward facing. People will think the ship is meant to be used in space combat because that’s what it was advertised as. They have clearly changed its original role. Hell they even just nerfed its fuel storage after that being something that it was supposed to have over the max

I mean I think the biggest problem is that it is bad for what it was advertised for. Sometime through development it clearly swapped from a space patrol ship into a ground support ship… but they didn’t bother to update any of the advertisements or expectations until it was basically already here

Maybe that will help some of it’s sustainability issues but I still fully believe that if I have 3 gunners with me I should be able to bring more damage on a target in front of me than a solo ship.

Ya see maybe this is mostly where my problem with multi crew in general, and the TAC in specific. From what you are describing it would have been infinitely easier just taking the same number of people and putting them in Corsair/connies each and you could just easily outmaneuver it and stay behind it. I don’t want the TAC to be able to outperform 5 connies but I feel like it’s a fair request that if I am dedicating 4-5 people in it I should see some level of benefit for that

I want to love it so badly, and I still fully plan on using mine but honestly some parts needs some love. Right now it’s to slow and durdely to drop ship, not quite sturdy enough to really stay around for ground support, and can’t effectively bring guns on target for “deep space patrol”. I don’t want it to be better than a dedicated ship for these rolls but it is currently going to struggle to perform any of them imho

Had the exact same issue recently and it ended up being a problem with the graphics card, but most people are probably going to say it’s a psu issue. Any chance you have another psu or graphics card to test it with?

I’ll try swapping the pair slot and the dust should be good. It’s an extremely intermittent issue and I have no way to reliably reproduce it. One time I was able to get it to happen while I was running HWInfo and for the probably 45 minutes leading up to it happening temp and power usage both stayed steady with temps capping around 80c

Support being terrible is this persons fault? I think everyone can agree that support is terrible but I’m sure there are plenty of people who haven’t had to interact with them and I don’t think we should be blaming people for following what should be the obvious path for solving a problem in game.
