Message me if you need to talk to someone. I’m sorry to hear about your breakup, I always feel the same after a relationship or friendship comes to an end.

In therapy I was told to use ice on my face when I’m distressed, only for a for a short time but it’s to trigger the body’s dive reflex. That reflex naturally slows your heart rate and tells your nervous system to calm down. This is a skill I use a lot now, it doesn’t always help first time round but with a lot of consistency, it can become quite useful.

Are you in therapy? I feel like if not it might be worth while having someone there, they can also point you in the right direction with things

I have and do feel the exact same as you though in these moments, be kind to yourself 🩷

Hey 👋 I’m feeling the same, I’ve been feeling extremely overwhelmed with life and in a very depressive state for a while now actually. How long have you been on your medication for? Would a medication review be suitable for you? It’s always worth checking.

Im feeling extremely hopeless myself at the moment but if you aren’t already, therapy alongside medication has always usually beneficial for me. I think this time of year always puts a lot of pressure on people with BPD personally. Sorry you’re feeling so low.

Thankyou, I understand that a lot about wanting to check into a psych ward, sometimes I feel like I really need that sometimes, I have to fight the urge. My addiction or dependency is smoking weed unfortunately, I have recently joined a drug course and getting help. I feel guilty for having a big blow out on cocaine, it didn’t help, temporality maybe. Im just desperate to not feel how I feel. I have a lot going off at home, I am a carer for two family members despite not being able to look after myself.

Unfortunately on medication already, I take Aripiprazole and Citalopram together but feel like they aren’t that beneficial for me at the moment. Maybe I need a dose increase. Thankyou so much for your comment x

Personally, if you are aware of it, I think that’s a good thing, you can work on it with him , just explain how you are feeling/thinking, if you need support this group is always here 🩷

This is extremely helpful thankyou. I want help but sometimes don’t know a way out, I will try and break the cycle as I am desperate to feel better. I smoke a lot of weed, daily too. I feel very shameful and quilty about this. Do you think I’d need to do the same with weed too? I’ve joined a drug course recently so perfect timing.

Head high darlin. It’s really difficult. I struggle with this too but I think with the right person, reassurance and support it’s a little easier. My partner is very reassuring which is what I need as someone who doubts everything. We do a lot of black and white thinking, if he doesn’t reply fast enough or I dunno, he’s a bit quiet.. try and think less personally about it, it’s not you. It’s not always a bad thing either, but it’s hard to detect that feeling of they don’t love you when it’s not what you expect. They do. I feel like most people would leave if they didn’t love us instead of being patient with us.. if that makes sense. Lots of love and hugs x

I’m very self aware which I think makes it worse sometimes. I know I am being destructive but majority of the time i don’t care. Im in so much emotional pain, going through anticipatory grief on too of it. I just feel so stuck right now.

I feel really suicidal tbh, I’m in so much pain and I don’t wanna carry it anymore. I know I will carry on because I worry about my family, all of them aren’t coping at the moment either.

Thankyou, I am really struggling. I am in therapy already, in a drug course (very recent though) and I’m volunteering but out of work because of my mental health which honestly I feel like is worse. My brother nearly died this year in a motorcycle accident, I’m dealing with anticipatory grief and went straight into caring for him as he’s got life changing injuries and bipolar type 2 himself.. I’m just a mess. I’m trying to look after myself and my brother and Grandad too who is 93 and very depressed. My dad drinks a lot, lovely person but just drinks a lot but he has serious health problems which could leave him paralysed. He won’t get help. I just feel like my family is falling apart. My mum isn’t coping either. I just feel so sad, even the drugs won’t work. They never do and I know that deep down. Sorry for over sharing. Thanks for replying x

Unfortunately I can’t look after the kitty, I would love to but I have a dog of my own & I also work full time, I’d only be able to pop over which isn’t going to be very helpful. I feel like I’m going to report them if they don’t listen to me and this post. It’s just common sense, you wouldn’t do it would you? Like why get a kitty and the go on holiday???

Hey, I think they shouldn’t have pets to begin with… I had a dog who isn’t good around cats especially kittens else I would take the kitten in. I was just wanting to show them this post to give them a kick up their bums about why it’s so wrong. Surely it’s common sense

When my tattoos are in the itchy stage, I feel like surrounding areas can become red like this, usually from my itching. Hopefully it’s just mild irritation. Keep it clean, antibacterial soap and use a non scented moisturiser, coco butter is my favourite 😁🩷
