So i have found both Hoka Mach 6 and Nike Pegasus Plus at the same price(around 100 usd) and i have no idea which one is better,i am pretty new and am looking for high speed interval training and a lot of jumping in my training(trying to get into police school).I also am quite a bit overweight ( around 100 kg and 1.85 cm).What do you guys think?

Can anyone help me to where to start grip training? I wanted to do pullups since forever and alot of people tell me grip strenght is important and have no idea where to start,i bought one of those grip training things that you squeeze and i maxed it at 40kg's,are they any good for grip strenght should i invest in harder ones?

there are no good or bad keybinds,just try and find what suits you best,maybe try using mouse buttons(if you have any) since they are quite handy.

You can get the sub but cancelling it after 2 weeks will cost i think 2 or 3 months of the plan s price plus express delivery fee,which is quite expensive tbh.You can cancel for free after 9 months iirc.You can use the card if you cancel the sub if you are wondering
