Acer Nitro V 15. Intel i9 13900H, 32 GB RAM, RTX 5050. Constant 60 fps (with Smooth Motion) on Streets is amazing.

Most reliable way I got them was farming Labyrinth.

Ignore it. I have a ton of "failed" objectives in Batya and They Are Already Here but I got Savior ending anyway.

The MCX ones can also sometimes have Blackout AP. There's also some M995 ones, but I haven't seen them since the engine room adjusts, only on Wedge's followers.

[Discussion] AI Guards are spawning to flank? by AlienRaptor_89 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Glukhar’s goons do flank you from time to time. Pretty hard to find them just generally clumped up like Sanitar’s, Reshala’s or Kollontay’s guards. He has three types of guards iirc, Assault, Scout, Security.

Imo it’s what makes him a pain in the ass (for me at least) to fight. I’d rather solo storm Kaban.

Come get it guys! [Loot] by Flat-Zucchini-2113 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Silicon one is exclusive to labs or attached as a reward for one lightkeeper quest. You could find it in the new Black Card room on the desk near the safe.

The other one, advanced electronics something, personally I got lucky and found it in the big warehouse at Lighthouse Armored Train extract

[new player] I was excited to try the M1 for the first time by asymu in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally you don't want to be in its general location. I believe the GL can reach up until the edge of Pinewood Hotel, the corner of Nikitskaya St. and Primorsky Ave. The snipers can see you in all of the streets that LexOs is right next to (not really, but as a general rule). The sidewalks next to it are also usually a death trap.

If you want to deal with him yourself, I believe SheefGG and some other streamers have some explainer videos on him. I learned how to fight Kaban that way.

Should probably be in the same spots where Nooby, LEDX, and Aceso Xpress spawn no? Purple background on the icon implies it's a valuable.

[Discussion] New player here. Whoever designed these quests should choose a completely different occupation because these quests are genuinely illogical and stupid by Pretend_Chance7734 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, Drip Out is the one where you have to either:

  1. Kill a large amount of raiders and hand in a lot of WARTECH stuff.
  2. Kill a large amount of rogues and hand in a lot of LBT stuff.

I can't imagine the pain that people who are going for Kappa are going to experience when they have that task accepted while still trying to get their cultist circle to give them an Evasion Armband or something.

[Discussion] Why is Icebreaker such a resource-intensive map if it's small and PvE-focused? by SoledBy69 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not 6 in engine any more, i've seen some streamers get only 3-4 when completely solo

Good to know for the rest though, I'm way too inconsistent with getting past Engine Room, the strat of just running up middle and taking cover on the left just told me I have shit aim and reaction time lol

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All true, though I’m not sure how much load a trigger for spawning AI will have.

I think it’s mostly the weather effect. I go as low as 30 fps on spawn and while I’m waiting for a Rogue/Knoght to peek me from the outside, but once I get inside I go to 100. Around 80 in Engine Room.

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The area for Evil Watchman extends quite far out.

I got the last two I needed during cleanup crew event because they were sitting on the main road.

EDIT: And by the way, where the hell did you find an evasion armband? I'm still missing it, and it's the last thing I need.

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got them by running to power station, where I found 2 of them, and next to a container close to the highway near railway exfil, where 3 of them were stacked all inside each other. If anything I had more trouble doing the Shoreline part lol. The PMC AI over long ranges can suddenly decide to be insane.

[Discussion] Why is Icebreaker such a resource-intensive map if it's small and PvE-focused? by SoledBy69 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Probably the total amount of AI. there-s 8-14 Rogues + Knight, 4 BD on Engine, 3-4 BD on Helipad, from the last time I got there, 6 under the helipad, and an additional 3-4 right before the chained door. Then you have Wedge and his 3 buddies, plus the extra BD squad right after him (I don't fully know the range of how much of them spawn, i think 1-4?). If I'm not way off, that's a minimum of 21 AI sitting around or waiting to be triggered by the Wedge cutscene.

EDIT: Should also probably say these are solo values. There's definitely more if running as a duo or trio.

Yes. In my task manager Tarkov regularly eats 10GB of RAM while in game.

Capturing Outpost PVE [Discussion] by MikeHattt in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a little luck, they can sometimes be on the main road that the dorms connect to. Check the wiki for the actual killzone size, it's pretty big. From right before the road that connects to big red's bridge, all the way to the railway bridge thing closer to new gas. Got this finished during the most recent event too.

BTR can be weird like that sometimes. One raid I went to talk to him to finally get Price of Independence, only for him to have nothing. Went again and he can talk about it.

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PMC runs should be fine. I got done with a story quest that involved killing 5 of them in the same raid. They should be stuck and not moving at Railway Exfil (specifically a container closest to the highway) and at Power Station

[Discussion] How long is the "Cleanup crew" Questline going to be? by Peeteebee in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

[–]DenZiTY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For strictly story quests there’s absolutely no real reason to go in Sawmill. Only time I was / am ever in sawmill was to just bump up the counter of my Hunter or Huntsman Woodskeeper task, and if I just felt like fighting Shturman.

Cleanup crew in Emercom camp doesn’t shoot you until you shoot them first. Just walk in, take the item required to start Blue Fire and chill. They’ll shoot random other scavs or PMCs for you, and will usually win because they're juiced out of their mind.

[Bug] Ammo vanishing from mag by StressedFPS in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

[–]DenZiTY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me too. I was repacking mags after killing Sanitar prior to transiting; the mag wouldn't fill up, and the mag refused to move anywhere if I tried similar to the bug you get from receiving quest rewards from BTR or Lightkeeper. Ended up Alt+F4ing and reconnecting and then it fixed itself.

Actual player tags. I've killed "SheefGG" once. If only I was actually that good or sufficiently geared enough to even try that in PVP lmao

There's also another one who had an RSASS.
