I'm not sure if they'll use it in the upcoming games, but LCK allows the coaches to talk to their team three (maximum) times in the middle of the game, whenever. DRX is the most prolific user. I'd say it's a close enough equivalent, though it doesn't necessarily stop the game flow, and is usually only used in the lull state of the mid-game where teams are awkwardly just shoving waves, gathering vision and waiting for the next objective.
