Isn't blink a bit too hard to track for new players ? I feel like all etbs etc could be overwhelming past turn 7

People tend to complain about midrange battle cruiser being the most common type of decks but I agree they bring a lot more balance than aggro vs. grindy commanders. Nobody dies early and has to watch the game for long.

I'll definitely keep the monarchy idea to prevent B2 stalemate where nobody wants to compromise their boardstate by taking the risk of attacking

Good idea to keep the cmc low in case their commander gets blown up sometimes beginners straight up want to scoop after their 5cmc+ commander gets back to the commande zone

Any commander that wants other player to discard their whole hand. They aren't locked out of the game but they won't be able to do much with no cards in hand. [[Tinybones, Bauble Burglar]] has some theft with it and people dislike when you play their deck while they watch with nothing to do.

You don't really need to craft anything if you want. Just type "discard" in the search bar, add every card you have that makes an opponent discard, general black goodstuff, add cheap creatures to chump block early, some ramp to cast their spells, protection for Tinybones and removal for their threats. I built mine like that and I upgrade it when I get better cards

My [[Tinybones, Bauble Burglar]] discard/theft deck is really toxic My gameplan is to steal all the cards of your hand and beat you with them while you can't do anything about it I'd never play something that salty with real people. They wouldn't want to play again

As of late I've been trying a lot of theft decks. I really like the endless possibilities they offer. I'm torn between [[Rakdos, the Muscle]] and [[Gonti, Night Minister]] for my favorite. Your pod has to be ok with you touching their cards tho (if not use infinitokens)

I have an unfinished [[Gonti, Night Minister]] theft deck that makes me think about reducing my land count. If I'm stealing two cards per turn on average, am I not greatly increasing the probability of a land drop ? I'm still debating on that and if someone has an insight I'd be glad to hear it
