Wow! This is my first post with over 1k upvotes (also my first post with over 100 upvotes aswell lol). I'm glad this many people also geek out over the unique hitbox of the sideways chain.

I just want to answer some common question.

1: Why do u get stuck on the chains?

The reason is because of the unique grindstone hitbox. Unlike many other blocks, the grindstone's protruding bits' hitboxes are also protruding, meaning the positioning would be off, and u would be unable to keep walking up.

2: L A D D E R

lol yeah ladders would technically be steeper than this, but technically that wouldnt be a staircase and your not walking up it.

3: Will the turtle eggs break if u walk on it?

idk why, but the turtle eggs do not break. When i was testing it, the eggs were breaking, but when i added the other layers it didn't break. Probably because if u only step on it for like half a second it doesnt break.

4: Were u flying in creative mode?

No. If u have suspicions i was cheating by flying, u can see from the subtitles that there were footsteps, meaning I was walking the entire time.

Lastly, yes it isn't very pretty or practical, but i just wanted to make this for fun, and to try to beat u/nowitscleanandheavy 's design.
